Method 3: Creation of Utility Set by Uploading a .xls File

  1. Click on Download File Button – user can download a .xls template where they can enter the utility parameter anonymizations. This method saves time for the user who has to anonymize many tables and parameters in the database. alt text
  2. Fill in the Table, Field, Utility Parameter, and Parameter Conditions in the downloaded file with the respective data.
    • Table – Specifies the tables in the database which the user wants to anonymize. Multiple table names can be added.
    • Field – Specifies the column of the corresponding table which the user requires anonymization.
    • Utility Parameter & Parameter Conditions – The type of anonymization to apply.
  3. Click on Create with File Button and upload the file with the saved customizations.
